If you have already setup an email account or it’s the first time your setting up this email account the process is the same.
NOTE: in this walk through we’re going to show you where it is in the process.
1. In the Internet E-Mail Settings window.
2. Under the Advance Tab in the “Delivery” section you’ll see “Remove from server after (xyz) days” this will allow you to set how many days to keep emails in your server.
The “Remove from server when deleted from ‘deleted items’ will delete emails from both your outlook program and from your domain server once it’s deleted from your outlook program.
